Terms and Conditions

  1. Service Agreement

This document outlines the terms and conditions for plumbing and heating services provided by

R.A.D Plumbing & Heating. By accepting a proposal or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

  1. Proposal Validity

All proposals are valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. This timeframe is subject to current market conditions, material costs, and labor availability. If a proposal is not accepted within this period, the scope of work, pricing, and service availability are subject to change and may require renegotiation. Acceptance beyond the stated validity period is not an agreement to the original terms unless confirmed in writing by R.A.D Plumbing & Heating. Any modifications or extensions to the proposal must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due in two installments:

  • 50% of the total amount is required in advance to cover the cost of materials.
  • The remaining 50% of the total amount is due upon the completion of the plumbing finish.
